Customized weekly pole classes combine elements of fitness, dance, and art. Classes are categorized into 8 different levels from beginner to advanced. Students move through the levels at their own pace.
Classes include Lollipop/Plyra, Chair Dance, Pole Silks/FabPole, and Hula Hoop.
Classes include Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), Aerial Hammock, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Sling, Aerial Conditioning, and Youth Aerial Arts.
Classes includes Flexibility, Booty Werk, Conditioning Circuit, Shoulder Clinic, and Yoga.
Options for those 18 and older include Pole Dance, Chair Dance, Lap Dance, Striptease, Burlesque, Exotic Floorwork, Twerk, Hula Hoop and Aerial. Hula Hoop and Aerial (Silks, Hammocks, and Hoops) are available for those under 18.
