Aerial Classes
When the gym isn't your thing, try an alternative workout in the air! Whether you’re a pole dancer looking to cross-train or someone entirely new to aerial arts, no previous experience is required. Take your workout to new heights with our Aerial classes! Aerial work is an exhilarating way to build and broaden your strength, flexibility/mobility, endurance, stamina, balance, and coordination, all while experiencing the thrill of flight! Some classes are available as single sessions, but for those looking for a deeper, more progressive experience, we offer Series classes that provide structure and consistency to help you stay on track, accountable, and continually improving. As long as you’re enrolled in an Aerial Series, you’re welcome to drop into other Aerial classes (in your discipline) at a steep discount throughout the week, giving you the flexibility to expand your practice and explore new challenges.
Those under 18 may join our Aerial classes with signed parental consent. With small class sizes—classes of over 6 or 8 (but under 10) students are typically 70 minutes while smaller classes may be 60 minutes—you’ll receive personalized attention while being part of an inspiring community. Required for classes with fabric: Underarms must be covered. Fitted clothing that covers the backs of your knees and midsection is encouraged for comfort. No clothing with zippers, jewelry, sharp nails, or anthing else that may snag the fabric.
Intro to Aerial (3 options)

Curious to explore the world of Aerial Arts? This class offers the perfect introductions to the magic of a) Silks, b) Hoop (Lyra), or c) Hammock allowing you to experience the discipline's unique beauty and challenges. You will learn the basic foundational skills that form the heart of these arts. For example, Silks will focus on essential techniques like climbing, foot locks, hip holds, and a knot inversion. In Hoop (Lyra), you will discover elegant entrances and exits, poses both inside and under the hoop, and begin crafting your very own routine to perform. In Hammock, the emphasis will be on building strength and flexibility while learning a fluid routine. As a fun bonus, you’ll have the opportunity to spin and experience the thrill of movement at the end.

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is a breathtaking fusion of strength, grace, and flexibility, allowing you to defy gravity and create stunning, fluid movements in the air. In this class, you'll master the art of manipulating the silks, learning how to pose, climb, and invert with elegance and power. As you progress, you’ll build sequences that blend these skills into beautiful, unique routines. Known for being one of the most challenging aerial disciplines, Aerial Silks pushes your limits and transforms your body. With dedication and training, you’ll discover just how far you can go, unlocking strength, flexibility, and artistry you never knew you had.
Classes are available for Beginner (no or limited experience) and Intermediate (must be able to invert) levels. To join an Intermediate class, prior experience and/or instructor approval is required. For our younger students, we also offer a Youth course, tailored to introduce them to this captivating aerial art. Aerial Hoop (Lyra)

Step into the hoop and unlock the breathtaking potential of your body, where strength and flexibility come together to create stunning, fluid, and sometimes mind-bending shapes. Each class is a carefully crafted journey—designed not only to build power and increase flexibility but to ignite your creativity as you explore new moves, refine your skills, and master the art of aerial grace.
We offer classes for both Beginner (ideal for those with little to no experience) and Intermediate (for those comfortable with inversions) levels. To join an Intermediate class, previous experience and/or instructor approval is required. Intermediate students will also be introduced to top bar work. Additionally, we offer a Youth course, where younger students can explore their own aerial potential. To ensure optimal movement, please wear form-fitting attire that covers the back of your knees and midsection.
Aerial Hammock

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Sling

Aerial Conditioning

In this dynamic class, you'll experience a captivating blend of aerial arts using a variety of apparatuses, including silks, hoop (lyra), hammock, trapeze, rope, straps, and/or rings. A circuit of exciting activities will be introduced and drilled, designed to build strength and muscle endurance. These activities may incorporate bodyweight resistance training, interactive games, and partner moves, offering a fun and challenging workout that combines aerial technique with play. Floor exercises may also be included to enhance balance and core engagement, creating a well-rounded training experience. Whether you're looking to strengthen your aerial skills or just enjoy the unique thrill of working with various apparatuses, this class offers something for everyone.

Youth Aerial Arts

Our weekly Youth Aerial Arts course, designed for those ages 7-12 (or 6 with prior approval), introduces young aerialists to the exciting world of various aerial apparatuses. Each week, students may explore a different discipline, such as silks, hoop (lyra), hammock, corde lisse/spanish web, trapeze, and more. With a fresh focus each class, your child will have the opportunity to discover the unique movements and skills of different aerial arts. We also offer specialized Youth Series dedicated solely to Aerial Silks or Aerial Hoop (Lyra), for those who want to dive deeper into a specific discipline. At the end of either of these two Series, there will be a performance, giving the young aerialists a chance to showcase their skills and creativity.
No prior experience is necessary—just a sense of adventure and a willingness to learn! Please ensure your child wears fitted clothing that covers their underarms (required), backs of their knees, and midsection for comfort and safety.
